The Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and the Bachelor in Business Administration (BSBA) at Touro University Worldwide (TUW) are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).

Based on the Baldrige Education Criteria for Performance Excellence, ACBSP accreditation evaluates aspects of leadership, strategic planning, relationships with stakeholders, quality of academic programs, faculty credentials, and educational support to determine whether the business programs offer a rigorous educational experience and demonstrate continuous quality improvement.

Online MBA Tuition Costs

Touro University Worldwide’s tuition is $500 per semester credit for the online MBA degree program. A range of tuition assistance programs are available to students to help reduce the out-of-pocket expenses associated with continued education, including scholarships and student loans.

Program Requirements

The MBA curriculum comprises nine online core courses, a capstone, and three concentration courses, totaling 36 semester credits that can be completed in one year.

To provide students with more depth in the area of business administration that relates to specific goals, students select one of 11 MBA concentrations that best meets their specific career goals.

Admission Requirements

Prospective MBA students must meet one of the following criteria to be considered for admission:

  • Have earned a Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution with a minimum overall GPA of 2.5.
  • Transfer student from another college/university’s graduate program in good academic standing (minimum GPA of 2.75).

Students who meet one of the above criteria will be required to complete the following steps to be admitted and enrolled:

  1. Submit an application.
  2. As a non-profit organization committed to serving the underserved, Touro University Worldwide has waived the $60 application fee for all prospective students.
  3. Submit official transcripts from all institutions attended. Transcripts must come directly from the issuing institutions. Students who completed college coursework outside the United States must have their transcripts translated and evaluated. (See Foreign Credit for additional information.) Students are required to complete step 3 by the end of their first term of enrollment.

Academic Leveling for MBA

CPC Leveling for Admissions*

Effective Spring 2, 2023, applicants for the Master in Business Administration (MBA) whose undergraduate degree is in a field other than business or do not have the basic undergraduate CPC courses may be required to take one or more of the Peregrine Academic Leveling Courses (ALC).

Based on the review of student transcripts, the student will enroll in one or more of the leveling courses below (as applicable):

  1. Fundamentals of Accounting (taken prior to enrollment in the MBA Accounting course)
  2. Fundamentals of Business Finance (taken prior to enrollment in the MBA Finance course)
  3. Fundamentals of Microeconomics (taken within the first 12 credits of the MBA program)
  4. Fundamentals Macroeconomics (taken within the first 12 credits of the MBA program)
