Nikki Napolitano
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Intern | Private Practice Owner
Since completing her degree at Touro University, Nikki Napolitano has made significant strides in her career, establishing herself as a dedicated mental health professional and accomplished entrepreneur. As the founder and owner of a thriving private practice in Las Vegas, Nevada, Nikki has successfully built a practice that not only delivers personalized therapy but also plays a vital role in the professional development of future therapists by supervising practicum students.
Nikki’s practice is distinguished by its focus on helping clients heal from trauma, navigate life’s challenges, and build the resilience needed to embrace life’s uncertainties. Her integrative approach is tailored to each individual, fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their difficulties, understand their triggers, and develop strategies for a balanced and fulfilling life.
Her educational journey includes a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a minor in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, a Master’s degree in Education from Western Governors University, and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist intern in Nevada, Nikki remains committed to guiding individuals and families toward their personal and relational goals.
Before launching her private practice, Nikki accumulated valuable experience working in residential treatment facilities specializing in substance abuse and life skills development. Her five years of teaching also contribute to her intuitive and empathetic approach to therapy. Nikki’s areas of expertise include anxiety, ADHD, communication issues, parenting, trauma healing, life transitions, and self-development.
Nikki’s career accomplishments reflect her dedication to both her clients and the broader mental health community, embodying the values and skills she honed during her studies at Touro University.

Writer and Speaker known as The “The Polyamory Therapist.”
Fox Eros (M.A., AMFT) is a writer and speaker known as The “The Polyamory Therapist.” She is an inclusive and affirming Therapist, holding certifications in both Sex Therapy and Consensual Non-Monogamous relationships.
Fox’s calling is to radicalize pleasure, love and sexuality and to help people reclaim their sense of self and self-worth — despite their wounds and traumas. She has a deep passion for working with people on identity, intimacy, shame, sex, stress, relationships, trauma and gender discovery.
Fox works with queer, 2SLGBTQ+ and straight identified people, and all relationship types from monogamy to ethical non-monogamy and polyamory.
Fox identifies as a pansexual, panromantic, polyamorous, multi-ethnic, BIPOC femme person; and lives on the land of the Chumash and Gabrielino-Tongva First Peoples. Wen Soon
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Private Practice
Wen is a dedicated mental health professional and Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy (DMFT) candidate specializing in intergenerational, social, and complex trauma within couples, athletes, and people struggling with substance use disorders.
Rooted in systems theory, Wen believes in addressing mental health holistically—recognizing the profound impact of family dynamics, cultural identity, and societal structures on personal well-being. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, he creates a safe space for clients to explore their stories, process trauma, and build meaningful connections that support growth and self-discovery.

Julie Rabbani
Julie Rabbani, graduated in December 2024 with an MA in Marriage & Family Therapy. Julie currently works at a private practice in Newport Beach, CA and specializes in Trauma.

Dr. Quinnett Swank
Dr. Quinnett graduated in July 2024 with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide, where she enhanced her skills in trauma-informed and relationally focused care. Additionally, she holds a Doctorate in Education and a Master’s in School Psychology.
As the founder of Swank Counseling and Wellness, LLC, Dr. Quinnett works with clients in Las Vegas and throughout Nevada, offering both in-person and virtual therapy. She specializes in supporting women through anxiety, life transitions, and the emotional work of reconnecting with themselves. Her therapeutic approach blends cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness practices, somatic techniques, and attachment-based therapy to promote meaningful healing and growth.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Quinnett teaches as an adjunct professor, blending practical therapeutic experience with academic insight to support the development of future mental health professionals. Her decade-long career as a school psychologist provides a strong foundation for her understanding of systemic and family dynamics, which continues to shape her work with clients and students alike.
