Touro University Worldwide (TUW) offers an online Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) degree. The unique MSHRM program allows you to focus on emerging human resource concentrations in critical areas to human resources departments. These concentrations will help prepare you for rewarding careers in growing job sectors. According to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) “the job prospects for HR managers over the next decade are looking strong. HR manager ranked 35th out of 800 occupations in the U.S., based on new employment-projection data released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).” The MSHRM program is designed for working adults and is targeted to the demands of today’s job marketplace.


The diversity, equity, and inclusion concentration provides a theoretical and philosophical foundation of workplace culture improvements within the context of the human resources field. Students in the diversity, equity, and inclusion concentration expand their knowledge of workplace culture assessments and how to build inclusive and equitable employment practices.

This concentration is aimed to prepare students who are interested in pursuing careers and educational training towards entry-mid-level occupations in human resource departments, equal opportunity and affirmative action programs, and workplace training and inclusive culture initiatives or apply to graduate level programs in human resource fields of study.

The diversity, equity, and inclusion concentration is offered 100% online, and provides students with the professional knowledge base and skills needed to prepare them to become proficient in creating a supportive workplace culture. A flexible and affordable curriculum, upon completion of the program you will learn how to apply the diversity, equity, and inclusion principles within the human resources field.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Statistics (BLS) the salary can vary by state and experience. Nevertheless, employment of human resource managers is projected to grow 6%. The Earnings of human resource managers vary by type and size of the organization, level of responsibility and geographic region. The median annual wage for human resources managers was $121,220 in May 2020 according to the U.S. Bureau of Statistics (BLS).

Tuition Information

TUW’s tuition is $500 per semester credit. A range of tuition assistance programs are available to prospective students to help reduce the out-of-pocket expenses associated with continued education, including scholarships and students loans. TUW tuition assistance counselors are available to determine your eligibility for financial aid and other tuition assistance programs.



Program Requirements 

Students must complete 12 courses, 11 standard courses and one three-credit capstone, taken last.

Admissions Requirements

Students seeking to attend TUW must meet one of the following criteria to be considered for admission:

    1. Have earned a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution with a minimum overall GPA of 2.5.
    2. Transfer student from another college/university’s graduate program in good academic standing (minimum GPA of 2.75).
    3. Students, who meet one of the above criteria, will be required to complete the following steps in order to be admitted and enrolled:
